i usually take home about 1k

*How good are the benefits (medical,etc)?
i believe about 140 week for a family medical and dental i do not use them so not too sure

*I've heard you have to sign a contract and if you leave before that contract is up they penalize you. Is this correct?

500 bucks a week

*What is your average mileage a week? Usually ran about 2600-2800miles with Epes
miles dont matter , its all about revenue to the truck

*Are the fleet managers easy to work with, getting you loads quickly and getting you home? Currently married with three small children
i am married with 3 kids home everyweekend. freight slows down in the winter but usually dont wait to long unless you have a special need

*What is average home time?'
home friday evening, usually leave sun afternoon/evening

*Located in East Tennessee is it easy to get loads home?
yes , any where near knoxville is good with freight

*How long does it take to get benefits?

What's the freight like in Texas? do you run regional or OTR? it easy to maintain above 30%?

 

The freight in Texas is terrible, I run regional and it's easy but kinda hard thru the holiday season

How does TMC handle tolls for occasions where an OP has to hit a toll road (I'm looking at you Oklahoma)?
