Well it is only less than a year old, and already it has a major problem, it just quit receiving GPS signal and it got stuck in Pendleton Oregon on I 84 with one of my previous trips.
I try to reset it and that didn't help
I called rancmcnally and after telling to do this and that and no luck they are telling me to send it to them.
I beleive there may be one of you who had this problem and successeded to fix this problem. Please share with me. How you did it.

Huh. Guess I didn't get the memo. I pulled out my Atlas (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Road_map) this morning to plot my course into Lower Manhattan.

Now I'm going to have to start all over........

I cant imagine using just a map. You guys were the real rockstars back in the days. But this is s new generation. And finding a place by gps and phone is much easier and less stressful. Only problem is, drivers have hard time reading signs or understanding it. So, they end up on the wrong roads or under the bridges.

Please next time post in the support thread. I try to keep all RM issues in one thread.

Have you tried to directly plug the power into the Tablet and bypass the Slice and see if it picks up GPS? The Slice is a GPS receiver booster and may have gone bad.

The GPS antenna without the Slice is directly on the back of the Tablet. Make sure it is in a vertical position also.

As mentioned. The Government does move the GPS satellites to a higher orbit a few times a year.

Tall trees and building around you may affect your ability to pick up a GPS signal also.

Do you have any Dash Cams or any other electronics you have added recently?

    Thanks,
    Mark
