Training pay?

Thanks for the tip about Fontana. Is Western Express a good outfit to get started in? I'd be going in for van anyway not flatbed. No interest in tarping during winter.

I was watching online videos of a guy who flatbeds for WE out of Nashville who has been with WE for about 3 months and he ended up stuck in Fontana due to there being no freight whatsoever out of there. Said on the video there were a couple flatbedders just sitting around and when he asked if he could pull a van, WE told him it's worse for van right now.

I'm guessing it must be the season?

 

Yes, winter time is typically slower freight.

 

Does WE use easy pass or whatever? or do they have a bad enough inspection DOT score?
