Just want to give the instructors a little thanks. Those guys put in some long days and manage to remain positive and encouraging well into the night. With all the yahoos they deal with in a day their positive attitude and words of encouragement didn't go unnoticed. No, everything isn't perfect or rosy, but I really feel like I'm in the "right place" to learn the business. I'm doing what I can to get ahead early on so that I can be part of the minority that make it. It really helps to see and hear that the instructors want us to succeed. We all win together, it's a great company mentality.
