Truck driver stabbed to death at Mustard Seed Truck Stop

I had the opportunity to stay at that place yesterday to wait a day for next pickup. I paid for 12 hours ($13) then my load came across at noon that did not load until next day. (free parking (will refund) if you're in/out in 2 hours) I refused to stay there and pay them another $13. I assume they don't have showers and if they do, I don't want any part of that certain nasty experience. The "hot food" is good if you can ignore the conditions it was likely prepared in.

Anyway, I went over to Fife and got a room rather the spend the night there with no clean showers or toilets.

They are planning to update the site over time, but until then, I will try and avoid that place at all costs.

 

Any information of who stabbed the trucker?

 

I've heard the area is somewhat quiet, hope killer is found

 

The property has a lot of great potential as a "truck park spot" if they'd just invest more money back into the property in the form of general improvements and stop acting like butt holes to the general trucking community.
