The driver of that sedan is going to do serious time(hopefully).

 

What a menace to society!

 

No kidding-failing to stop at a stop sign,driving while license REVOKED,using fictitious registration(the last two charges in some jurisdictions are felonies).

 

Very sad a family lost their home, driver is lucky to be alive, and some dumb SOB who is probably nothing more than a leech and a useless waste of space will go to prison while every body else involved pays the price.

They should sentence the culprate to rebuilding the family's house from the ground up with his bare hands after which he should spend the rest of his sentence working 20 hours a day without overtime for $5/hr until the cost of the family's house, dump truck, and other miselanious money's are paid out (pain and suffering, etc).

It'd be nice but it'd never happen. It doesn't surprise me either he was obviously too stupid to read the paperwork when his license was suspended if he couldn't read that how in the hell could he read STOP.

 

Driver was 71!!! Years old , in his age, I do not think he give a #### about anything...

 

According to the article, trucker was 71 and the idiot with the suspended license was 57.

 

I'm not sure I'd want to live in that house!
