1. abolish the elds that are currently in the court to be finialized and heard by ooiada sept 13th 2016
2. over turning of the speed limitors of all trucks
3. to have it that no cmv can never ever buy their way back into the industry agian by adding more equipment to their fleets than hiring mire negligent drivers to fill the trucks for that negligent company this an even playing field in the industry.

Um.. so you want a free market as long as it benefits you?
Your point #3 makes it seem as though you want a free market, but in the end you mention a 'level playing field'
They go together like oil and water. You can't have a free market and level playing fields. In a free market, the market decides who the winners and losers are. And if you happen to be a loser, too bad.
A level playing field sets rules to give the would be losers a chance of success, at the cost of the would be winners.
Personally I'd take a free market, but then again, I've always done well -
'Level playing field" gives everyone the same chance to succeed. Everyone playing by the same rules.
Is also something rarely seen these days.
