we dont need permission from a state rep. to refuse to work for a cause its getting the word across the states which is why many argue
my fellow brothers and sister of the industry I ask that all of you will participate in the efforts to
    1. abolish the elds that are currently in the court to be finialized and heard by ooiada sept 13th 2016
    2. over turning of the speed limitors of all trucks
    3. to have it that no cmv can never ever buy their way back into the industry agian by adding more equipment to their fleets than hiring mire negligent drivers to fill the trucks for that negligent company this an even playing field in the industry.
    4. for the abolishment of the fmsa and the ata whom have wasted our hard earned money in doing a job that they have failed to do time an time again.
these rules that they are implementing will not only effect our industry but also the livley hoods across the united states . tax will go up on goods companies will be closing their doors oil companies trucking companies grocery stores ect. with these rules that are implemented the industry will have an 89000 driver shortage per year they manipulate the public in stating they are creating more jobs which isnt the case... the tax and the price of food canned goods frozen goods cloths will increase due the manufacturer to store to the broker and to the consumer. we ask of all our brothers and sister big company drivers owner operators small an large local to team of all race an religion please stand with us in this. spread the word across the country and shut the engines off

Um.. so you want a free market as long as it benefits you?

Your point #3 makes it seem as though you want a free market, but in the end you mention a 'level playing field'

They go together like oil and water. You can't have a free market and level playing fields. In a free market, the market decides who the winners and losers are. And if you happen to be a loser, too bad.

A level playing field sets rules to give the would be losers a chance of success, at the cost of the would be winners.

Personally I'd take a free market, but then again, I've always done well

'Level playing field" gives everyone the same chance to succeed. Everyone playing by the same rules.

Is also something rarely seen these days.
