Believe it or not this site as well as others only encourages them to apply.

Yes we may mention the issues but for the most part this site has mostly positive posts about the choice program.

Drivers wanting to do it overlook the negative and focus on the positive not realizing that it's alot harder than a few sentences on a site can make it out to be.

Some might read that I don't work much but I still earn while that sounds good it's not actually factual.

I am home alot but I've had my 2016 kw for 1 year and 4 months and I've put 204k on it so as you see I run hard when I do run.

I earn good but not like I used too.

Point is as long as people only hear what they want too they'll always be a line waiting to get in.

The other night in dallas at the oc...I had a company driver that's supposedly starting at end of month and wanted to know more...I was brutally honest with him saying it's not that easy and it's harder now than it has been...the only thing he asked me was...how many miles are you getting....that's problem..these folks want miles...they need to go elsewhere...it's not about miles on this program...it's about revenue per mile...

Holy crap. I've had my KW for a year and put 115k on it and I thought that was a lot.

21 months, 197k. I just don't wish to run that hard any longer, and fortunately do not have to.

It would be nice to know the true reasoning that Schneider is going public.

Is it to theoretically allow them to more easily compete with the other mega carriers?

Are there struggles and a drying up of money?

A cash out while they can before the heirs are too old to enjoy the money?

I'd bet it's a combination of the company becoming too big and the above.
