He did start his turn from the far right lane..

I was going up I 90 in WI just a few days ago, it was very early, still dark out. There were a few cars stopped at an off ramp, as I slowed there was a truck stopped across the ramp with his nose pointed towards highway (no lights on) I thought "how did that happen"? Now I am wondering if they may have just made a wrong turn?

 

This is the part where someone says "A DRIVER ON ELOGS FIGHTING HIS 14 HOURS!!"

Anybody heard from @vusomujo? He's a Swifty and he was having issues w. his GPS taking him 'strange places'... Just a notion that occurred to me.
