Updating irp with new dot # question

    I am an owner operator in NY and my carrier has recently changed their dot/Mc numbers and everything that pertains to that (new company name, etc).

    My question is how do I go about updating my irp to reflect this new information (carrier responsible for safety). Is it possible to update this online or is it a mail or in person type situation. Also what forms do I need if you guys know.

    If anyone else is wondering, I had to fill out IRP 6 (for type marking Other: Safety change) and IRP 21. $24 and change for the switch over.
