    For some reason I intermittently can't upload photos to posts using my Android phone. It looks like its uploading but after about a minute the filename erases from the upload screen and simply reads "no file chosen"

    The image names my phone gives are just numbers but I'll give it a try.

    my phone has issues at times. change a file name here, power off power on there or wait til I'm better location for service. and sometimes it seems to be the server. I'll do what I can with my phone first.

    Tried all that as well. Cell service is a little weak here but my wifi router is literally 10 feet away so I should have a decent connection.

    other options close out that post you're trying to upload a photo to. sign out sin back in. delete cookies etc.

    Might not be the connection, but the file size. How big is the image? We have a limit set at 1280 x 1280 and 5mb file size. Could that be causing it?

    Everything I've uploaded from my phone camera has been about 5,000 x 3,000 and about 6 Mb and I've never had an issue. This particular photo was almost 12 Mb. As soon as I resized it, it uploaded just fine.
