US Xpress ad-How true is this???

Primarily the money end of things. All the bonus' that are offered, them helping us (co-driver and I) obtain haz-mat. Average team miles, orientation & road test ease. 1st seat / 2nd seat driver stuff... A lot actually. Torn between USX and Tyson, and have a hard time trusting recruiters for some reason.

 

Fixed Wing, wife and I team at US Xpress. Going to make $60k/each for 2014 & we've been home every month 6-8 days. Company has good health insurance, dental, etc. Teams get new trucks.

If you remember one thing I tell you.....it's get on a dedicated account. That's where the money is.

 

I talked with a recruiter (Ashley) and she said all they have for the TN area is out of Memphis, and it is closed. How many posts do I need to be able to PM folks?

They have dedicated accounts that are open and will take you but you must stay out for 3-4 weeks.

 

The 3-4 week thing is not an issue. We want to stay out and build up miles. Recruiter said they will help us get Haz-MAt??

 

They'll reimburse you for getting your HazMat. I think they also have a $8,000 sign on bonus. Plus, certain Dedicated Accounts have a bonus for getting on it. The Dedicated Account we did was Ceva and that had a $1,000 bonus. $500 paid after the first delivery and the other $500 after 90 days.
