Using Canadian purchased trailer in States

    Hey guys!
    I'm not sure, if I'm posting that question in right section of the forum. Anyways, my friend just started trucking company (2 trucks so far). He wants to get another truck and trailer, but at this point, he has problem with financing. I live in Canada, I was thinking of getting financing in my own name through Canadian bank, and buy trailer here in Canada. Is it possible that US trucking company, could use Canadian purchased trailer in USA without a problems? If yes, where it would be registered in Canada or States? I appreciate any thoughts on that.

    Not sure on your legal issues.. But with our weak dollar that trailer will cost more... Btw best way to break up a friendship is go into business together I hope you're protecting yourself if you buy a trailer for him
