Need some help here from some old timers and/or mechanics. I have stumbled across what I think is a NRTO 335. Small bore, 262 with a large oil cooler & oil cooled pistons. 64 stamped on the block. I have heard of these throughout my 47 years in trucking but have never seen one until today. Anyones thoughts or expertise will be appreciated.

I only heard about them quite recently but just found out I have a relative who owns a couple really old Hayes trucks with that engine in them. I can't tell you much more than what you already know though unfortunately.

    truckdad Thanks this.
