See if u can have someone check the fuel pressure on the truck via vcad pro the idle pressure on volvo d12 should be in the range of 40 to 50 psi fuel pump do go bad around 500 to 600 k of u have idle psi at 20 the truck still going to run fine but it won't give u the power when u need it also check the boost system for leaks they are notorious for that as well

Do you think that bad quality fuel can cause low fuel pressure and not give enough power to engine when need it

Yes but only temporary what u can do easy to check if everything is ok you can check the accessory drive for play in and out the accessory drive pulley is the biggest pulley it holds both belt what u can do is take a pry bar or big screwdriver and put it between the pulley and the front cover and try to move it if u see any play in and out its done for both accessory and pump bad fuel will clog up the filters first and very often also if someone didn't properly put on the bottom o ring on the separator if will suck air and throw a low psi code

I have had that same problem. Had the code but the truck run perfectly fine. Drove it like that for some time without any issues. Finally I took it to the shop and they replaced only the sensor on main fuel supply line. $15-20 part plus 1 hour labor. Hope this helps...
