    How very noble of them. So 233 lives will potentially be saved per year. Considering there are over 180,000 abortion per year in California I can say with complete confidence that it has absolutely nothing to do with saving lives.

    None of this addresses the biggest problem with current CARB rules, which is constitutional in nature. A state has been allowed to interfere with interstate commerce. They have every right to force their crap on trucks domiciled in Cali, and zero right to force it on trucks coming in from other states.

    But it fit the agenda of those enthroned in DC, and thus a blind eye was turned.
