    Lol .. fair enough ...
    I have always found 2 to 3 hours past appointment time and I was out of there ... 5 hours is a bit excessive ... has the lumper fee increased? Haven't been there in a few years ... used to be $50 for 1 pallet or full load.

    Depends where you go, I'm usually out within 3-4, but I've stayed up to 8. Lumper is still $50 not only that. They take weeks to pay the detention

    They have changed their detention policy in recent months also. If you aren't in the dock, and checked in at the window at least 10 minutes before your appt., expect them to fight you. We do non reefer loads to them, but we make it a point to be at the truck gate 30 minutes before our appt., and document all our times on our delivery invoice.

    They don't even sign for times, so we use the trailer control record. Which always leaves out about an hour.
