We run a lot of trips in / out of ONTARIO and QUEBEC have never been checked for the 105 KPH limit setting on any of the trucks we use in Canada but all of them are set up to be legal

IMO for the most part, when we have time to go do things, we are not in a place where we would want to do so & visa versa.

If I were you, I would give the tanker division a shot if you can deal with driving the eastern half most of the time.

A lot less bravo sierra (disrespect, rude s&r, cluster**** s&r, weirder appt times, shorter trailer so eaisier to back & get into areas, might get a midroof tractor & not have to worry about 13'6" clearances as much) then the reefer division & generally cleaner & more laid back work.

Although with food grade tanker work comes along having to washout every trailer & a bit more sitting in general. (might be good for your exploring adventures)

You also start a penny higher then reefer & top out nearly 3x faster although top out a penny less.
