Watkins & Shepard Orientation

First are they still using manuals to drive. I thought by they end of the year all the trucks will be automatics. Second, when they are teaching you how to back into a space properly ask them to teach you how to back into the spots in the Sayreville terminal. I bet you they haven't been there themselves. I hope you had some good skills when you head to the North East. Good luck with your orientation.

Most trucks are automatic now, but orientation trucks are still 10-speeds. So all our testing is done on these. I would add a brief on the orientation, but it's been covered more than once already. Not much has changed. Ask if you have any questions.
