WAZE Phone App

It's a great app.

 

Was just told about this app yesterday. They say it helps a lot.

 

It's actually an impressive app and accurate more often then not. But one has to wonder how many are driving distracted to input the current information you are relying on.

It's better on dense sections of interstate, especially on weekends when more are traveling with many who have nothing better to do then to update Waze in between their Facebook updates, while traveling 75 MPH

 

gonna have to agree on the texan. and it's not just waze. it's all apps that require human input. usually while driving.

 

Isn't that what we use to use a CB for lol?

 

it is if anyone knew how to turn it on and use it for info instead of annoying noises

 

Cant remember what state or city it was but some police department was tryin to get the Waze app banned because it was providing the users with locations of speed traps in real time. Said it also put officer safety at risk because users knew where cops were sitting. The ban would never happen, i found it amusing they would even try. All the article did was add a ton more users with the publicity.
BTW long time user, its a great app.

 

I'm using the app now also. I find it hard to get bear reports, accident info ect. on the CB since myself and the guy who sings "Whats love got to do with it" on the CB are the only ones who actually use the thing.
