Western express has been like this for a while. Don't ever go by the "load board"..

I'm surprised people are still willing to haul for them.

agree, had to file against their bond for a TONU, had a rate con for the TONU, but they didnt pay it, on the 90 days receivables report, I called them up, got the run around, and filed against bond, paid out 45 days later.
