What app do you guys use to find landstar discounted fuel prices? Does it show how much the discount is? Is it a landstar app or comdata app or something different?

How do you find the landstar discounts compare to mercer discounts or the rts fleetone?

What are your typical discounts with Landstar?

I use the TA Petro price line, and carry a booklet with the 4 digit codes, and if it's more than the standard P/FJ .25c, I go with that.

    CruisingAlong Thanks this.

It's been about 40c/gallon here lately. Changes daily.

Im not sure as I haven't fueled with them yet. We just received their cards today. We are currently with rts fleetone and here is a screenshot from a few minutes ago on current run. I'm wondering if landstar or mercers cards have bigger discounts.

So its 25c at pilot/flyingj and averaging .40 at ta? Do you use the comdata fuel savings card ? Do you have an app to check out prices or have to call stations?

    Loves is .20c, PFJ .25c.
TA petro is 'cost plus' .025.
Yes I use the Comdata card.
There is a 'fuel book' app, and a Comdata app but I don't use them, just as easy for me to call the automated line.

I take it you are a bco leased onto landstar? Your discounts are much better than mine.

For as an approved carrier with landstar using the landstar comdata card,
according to shelly at the landstar savings plus helpline

    flying j 0 discount
    pilot 0 discount
    TA cost plus .04
Petro .03 cents per gallon discount

So basically at TA it beats my RTS fleetone card, all other places my fleetone card is better.

I'm going to check on mercer to see what their fuel discount is like for approved carriers
