Skill means absolutely jack today. At work I get to hear some college educated chump try and tell me how I should do my job. Most of the guys I work with couldn't fix a little red wagon (and they're "experienced" mechanics). That's one of the main reasons I chose to get into a service truck and away from the shop. Less BS and people without a clue trying to tell me how to do my job.
