    Well, I believe you are the only one with the right answer if I'm correct. It's my understanding they were bought out by Annett Holdings and they kept the TMC. If I'm wrong I'm sure I will be corrected.

    Nope...you're correct.

    These days TMC doesn't "officially" stand for anything, but back in the day it was originally The Mickow Corporation which as you said was bought out by Annett Holdings. I don't know if they're still there, but some of the hotel rooms had [photocopies of the] newspaper article that told the story, with I believe one of the first two trucks--they looked like '79 Internationals if my memory serves me correctly.

    But, of course, all these other nicknames...lol. ("Too Much Chrome" for sure...my othe favorite one was "Turtles Moving Cargo". 62 mph....)
