I do like that they pay you a little $$ during training, and they seem to be focused on new folks succeeding. not great pay starting out but I can deal with that.

 

I really made pretty decent miles there. I never had to sit And wait on loads. As far as a starter company yea there good

 

How long before they let you have a dedicated route?

 

I was national van for a year and they expanded their dedicated fleet for one of our customers. My fm told me of the opening and I took it. Though it meant a. 02 cent loss so you'll have to weigh that out. I do believe 6mo is needed for a dedicated but not a 100%. Your location will dictate some eligible accounts. Just call recruiting for questions they are very helpful and friendly.
