Please know that I've glanced over several threads, but the question below wasn't asked though some of the answers were helpful. I am grateful to the all the experienced drivers out there willing to answer!! I've tried to research the "duck walk" online, but I've only found fitness and military examples. No trucker examples. That worries me.
Is the "Trucker's Duck Walk" more like a wide-spread squat (no hands) where you waddle 6ft? Or is it a down-low exercise where you roll on your heels using one leg @ a time?
What is the Trucker's Duck Walk?

You can practice; squat down and duck walk underneath a trailer. That's what the companies, some companies, will ask you to do during orientation.

I would be very careful the first time doing this, especially in the doctors office.
it takes years of practice to do this, (the squatting) with out your reflexes thinking that you are squatting to drop a loaf.
just so you know, squeeze them thar cheeks tightly. you may want to practice this several times, long before you actually go for the physical..Rick Brown, WonderlandSC and marineman227 Thank this.
