Just as the title reads. Are there anyone well known differences? I've googled this and the only thing that is brought up is that the T800 is more versatile and better off-road. Thanks
What the main difference is between a w900 and T800 performance wise?

You can typically spec a W900 and T800 with more or less the same options. The main difference is that T800's are a setback steer axle, which helps with manouverability. A lot of guys in my area prefer the T800's to the W900's because of that since they run 18k to 20k lb steer axles and wide base steering tires. If you like the W900 hood over the standard T800 you can check out the T800H. It's basically the W900B hood with the fenders moved back about 6 inches or so.
Airman89 Thanks this. -
Supposedly the T800H is no longer available. I'm spec'ing a glider kit with a dealer right now, so when I find out I can let you guys know. I want a Seminole paint job real bad, but they look kinda goofy on a T800's sloped hood.

The 880 replaced the 800

Can't remember where I read it but I believe Kenworth said they will continue to make T800's so long as the demand for them justifies it.

Not yet anyways.
