That is gross. When I enlarge the picture, I think I can see bacteria growing on the meat.

They should have just fired up the grill and cooked hamburgers.

Maybe they are "growing" next St Patrick day's sandwiches right now.
Let them sort off ferment so they are really green when they need them.

 

I bet when he finally is hired somewhere and starts driving, he will be the dude that sits in his truck and makes fun of some newbie backing.

Bus ride they bought to get you there was no good;

People on the bus were no good;

People off the bus were no good;

Guy they hired to pick you up was no good;

The neighbourhood was no good;

His friend was no good;

The food they served you was no good;

The food the lunch truck brought in for sale was also no good;

The guy who reminds you that it's just a starting point in a long career is no good...

I have this nagging, sneaking suspicion that you aren't going to like the job, the company, the truck, the pay, the truck stops, the customers, the traffic, the other drivers or me very much. If you succeed out there it will be in spite of your crappy attitude, not because of it.
