    I came across this guy in the road today. Glad I wasn't coming over the hill in the opposite direction. I stayed put in the cab and sure wasn't going to challenge him. He ended up climbing on my trailer and crawling under the excavator. Was only going to get out of the cab with a wrench if I heard him fire up the excavator.

    No he had time to calm down while resting under my excavator. He settled down when the Office arrived and calmly walked into the back seat of the cruiser. He apologized and said he wished he could invite me over for coffee. My assumption is that this is not his first interaction with the Police as he lived nearby.

    One of the mental health facilities we deliver to has this one dude in a wheel chair that will do that. As soon as he sees our truck coming he starts wheeling real fast to get in front of us. Then he slows down and blocks the road.

    Usually one of the counselers has to come out and wheel him away. He's harmless. We always wonder if he's gonna do it that day though.
