So im curious, what spare parts do you carry on the truck ? Do you do most of ur work ur self ?

Currently in my side box I have (also keep in mind I do most of my own repairs)

Turbo x1 (got this for free off a wrecked truck that had 80k on the motor)

5 gallons of pre mixed coolent
    4 gallons of Shell Rot.
    Fuel and Oil filters
    Assorted main coolent hoses
    Jumpers
    Alternator
    Water pump (also free)
    Assorted sensors
    Tools.

Alot of this stuff I have collected is mainly incase I break down on the road I have a decent chance if its something simple avoiding a road call.

    How about you guys ?

My passenger step box holds all my fluids. No way do I want leaky bottles in my cab. My cab side box is jam packed. Most my tools. Spare lights, triangles, fuses, belts, filters, etc, etc.... Also my big rubber fuel gloves.

Funny I just cleaned it out the other day, and re organized.

I dont have any of the mechanical parts. But pretty much everything else.

    Assorted coolant hoses.
    Air lines, pressure fittings etc.
I do have 2 different CAC fittings and clamps.
    Jumper cables
    Both serpentine belts (C15)
    4 gals of 50/50 coolant
    2 gals oil
    CRC, WD40, De-icer,
Assorted fuses, bulbs (headlight), LED marker lights etc.
4 or 5 rolls of different gauge wire with some different couplings.
4 different air pressure gauges (I only know where 1 came from,.. how I got the other 3 is anybodys guess.,. like pens from the bank.. they just accumulate) Air chuck and air line to self inflate tires.
Spare pigtail and service air lines.
Small emergency tool kit, sockets, wrenches, vice grip, crimpers, snips etc.

Most all of that is kept under the bunk or inside the cab in a bin with me. Fluids are in totes under the bunk.
