Majority of fleets use Comdata, Fleet One, TCH, and a few others. Most of these can print you out an itemized billing statement if you set up the card to require truck and trailer number and driver ID

All of the cards noted above will give you pretty much any level of detail and control you could want. They will all have their own little "selling points" that they claim sets them apart from their competition and you'll just have to listen to their dog and pony show and see what makes sense for you.
Comdata and TCH probably process 70% of the USA truck fuel purchases on the road.

Should consider joining NASTC.
Fuel Card is one of the many benefits.
FUEL / ADVANCE CARD
The NASTC Quality Plus Fuel Card is administered by Fleet One. It provides the trucking company with a means of purchasing fuel at over 4,500 locations. The card provides daily, weekly, or situational cash advances for the drivers, provides daily billing reports on all fuel and cash advance transactions, giving the company the means to control and monitor all over-the-road expenses.
I am not affiliated with them in any way
I hear them on one the Nemo Show all the time.
