I had to nap a few days ago before pushing toward Buffalo. Took an hour snooze, then finished the last two.

Ain't no thang on e-logs. I just try to keep my 11 ahead of my 14. Work it right I can sleep for 3 hours and still have a full day.

The book my truck school issued stated "a nap of even a half hour is more helpful than a half hour coffee stop" Well, a half hour sleep never helped me, but more than once a one hour nap about halfway through the shift makes a world of difference.
