I'm wondering why he was even in the left lane?

I got that link in an email. Honestly I think both of them were acting like children. I wonder how long this driver was detained? Did he maybe miss a pickup or delivery appointment? Was all the time spent dealing with this worth a few minutes of eating your pride and backing off. 4 wheelers do this kind of crap all the time. This driver should have known better.

That could have been much worse. I thought that was going to be a fatality. 4wheeler was very lucky that day.

The 4 wheeler was basically already in the lane all he had to do was hit the brake...

Not sure if his Video would help or hurt him when the police came...

And just think...if he'd had stayed in the fuel island for a full 30 minute break, like most who drive this way...he'd have avoided it all together.

Another motorist in a hurry to go nowhere. The 4 wheeler could have waited to pass that flatbedder after the trk did.But no she got over only inches in front of the trk.Trk maybe couldn't have slowed down for miss im the only one that matters because maybe there was traffic behind him.I would say shes more at fault then the trk driver is.She got over knowing the big trk was right there and continued moving over forcing the big trk on the shoulder.Sounds like no one got hurt so with that said, she deserves her smashed car.Maybe next time she'll think before darting right infront of a semi.

Both at fault. Fine the trucker, execute the 4-wheeler.

I would have plowed right into that sucker. The 4 wheeler kept coming over because the big truck gave him more room. He almost drove himself through the median and into oncoming traffic (that wire divider doesnt stop everything)

My verdict: 4 wheeler at fault. But definitely avoidable.
