To the OP- I don't know how this relates to your area, but I have been seeing more sand cans on Hwy 79 north of Newell SD. I'm not sure which companies-the only name I was able to pick out was Fox Run.
Why all of a sudden frac sand haulers advertising?

Sand is a hot commodity in North Dakota right now. Oil is above 50 bucks and drilled/uncompleted wells are coming online because of the 2 years that the industrial commission gives operators to complete a well or plug it.

I've done many jobs i didn't like or that didn't pay well. Neither is a good enough reason to stop slinging sand!
Well you're saying it doesn't pay, so don't haul it away

Good article in the Wall Street calls it "SuperFrac". Claims the new methods are using 86% more sand. Goes on to say the type of sands used are less expensive and more available than those in the past meaning Fracking is more economical than before.
BUT.... take it from an old man the oil field can get red hot fast and just as fast go ice cold. -
SO is it a good time to get in the sand hauling.

I would say if you don't have a job, heck yeah.
I was at the job fair in Williston, just last Wednesday, and there were several, actually many sand companies there wanting CDL drivers.
