Can I ask a question? How does Schneider pay on Choice program - CPM (Actual or Guide) or Percentage? I am looking at joining the program in the future but I haven't opened communications with a recruiter yet.
    Thanks.

Yes I agree there's more changes coming.

Gotta tighten up profit margins before the IPO that's coming.

I think they will push out a new contract. If nothing else, they're sure trying to get me to do a lot of trailer moves that don't involve me going 150 miles out of market. I'm sure they will try to make it easier to force onto us... either that, or I've just been particularly blessed with the box planners getting into my chili EVERY LOAD I TAKE.

I've had to do more the past 3 weeks also.

They had me drag one 127 miles and drop it ( 16 ) miles from home then go 161 miles to get my next mt 12 miles from my next load.

I dropped a load at Beech Island intending to bobtail home about 75 miles. I get the standard message about a load being updated. It's an apparent trailer move from BI to some trailer shop in Augusta. However, there's no trailer number. I informed them I was not moving an unknown trailer to any shop and I was heading home.

The CS dept has become the weak link here, but box planners are trying hard to take the top spot on that list.

There's no way they should be able to separate themselves like they are with the company car and what not, but then demand you move my trailers around for free and punish if you don't. They're walking a fine line there. You're not a company driver as they've made it very clear with the latest rules regarding company equipment.
