    Nope. Wiltrans bought them.

Wiltrans is a separate company partnered with Prime and we all pull from the same trailer pool. O&S too.

I'm hooked to one of the JP trailers right now. It's 5 years old and looks brand new, unlike the 14xxxx I dropped that was 1 year old and beat all to heck.

Sadly the JP drivers haven't got a lot of info yet on like how this affects their pay and things like that. I do know they are already using Prime trip sheets for their loads.

Talked with Cheryl at RTCDEN today. JP equipment being stored there will be liquidated. Looks like they were acquired for their freight. Cheryl said that if you get a JP trailer, use JPxxxx as the trailer number, "xxxx" being the last 4 of their trailer number.

Interesting info. We were wondering why there were JP Trailers sitting at CHDSLC the other day.

IF what I heard is correct, all the JP trailers will eventually end up in Denver at the yard and sold off.

Wow!!! Jim Palmer was just bought by a company out of Chicago about 4 years ago after they almost went under. This makes the Prime group of companies that much bigger. I was looking into them before I came back here. I was wondering what was up with all the new trucks, I guess they did that to be more attractive to prospective buyers.

They had a lot of long haul from the PNW to Florida and points east. Kinda sad to see them go.
