WIRING PROBLEMS

I just put in a new isx 475 in my 2006 Volvo, now i have no dash cluster at all,no lights or turn sig.
The engine idles fine,but wont rev up. I checked the volts at the 4 wire connector at the tps 12.5 across all 4
pins that can't be good! Check sensors on motor all had 5.0v,checked all grounds o.k. This is the same motor that came out
of the truck and ecm. I'm not sure witch mod to be looking at the Vecm or the Lcm . Would someone know
where to buy a full shop manual or run across this problem?
Our Volvo dealer just sucks here, they tell me oh just bring it down great but it will sit there for 4 weeks
before they look at it!
