So last evening I passed my CDL test. I know I should have had my applications out by now but I didn't want the stress of dealing with the interview process while dealing with school and getting ready for the testing.
So, If anyone has any suggestions on who I should consider, please speak up so I can look into them. I paid for school on my own so I have no obligation to anyone but my bank account. I am located on the south side of Boston and wouldn't mind being OTR if I can get home every couple of weeks. I could do three but would not want that to be the norm, I would prefer two. Before someone else does, let me say @Chinatown
Thanks for any input.
Yay me

You have to call @TROOPER to TRUCKER too.
Movin On and TROOPER to TRUCKER Thank this. -
Lots of good info on here. Check the inside scoop section on carriers and good and bad. Kind of a broad question you have because we don't know what would suit you (OTR or local) and your location. Good luck.
Movin On Thanks this. -
What you want to pull? Van, flatbed, tanker, reefer, container, o/s o/d, grain, bulk, car haulers. ....etc
-
If you want home I would say Maverick that has different divisions. Also on the van side Millis Transfer will get you home every weekend. Money wise if you don't mind nights try line hauling through JB Hunt. If you want to do tankers try Trimac first and if they want experience go with Schneiders Tanker division first.
Movin On Thanks this. -
