Some people just say things for the sake of saying it.... Maybe he has something against us Canadians EH! lol..
Seriously it doesn't matter where you go in the world.. There will always be good drivers and bad drivers no matter what... Good drivers in eastern Canada bad drivers in eastern Canada... Good in West Canada bad in West Canada... Good in East US bad in West U.S ... It don't matter where you are.... The only thing that might make you feel like there is more in one area would be due to the high volume of traffic.. Sure lots of accidents in Toronto and bad drivers but there is also over 500,000 vehicles (over 10,000 trucks) driving throughout Toronto and the GTA daily....
