Finished 1st day of orientation in green bay. .found out today they're doing away with the legacy side on owner ops...only choice will be available. ..at least that's what we we're told.

 

That's about right. No one goes on legacy anymore.

Used to have to go on Legacy first.

 

Let the flood gates open.

 

I do believe SNI is growing this program too fast.

It's a good program but seems to be getting watered down.

They been growing for 8 years. Just like any other company, drivers will come and go.

 

It was mentioned during a conversation with the office the other day that IC's represent 1/3 of the total drivers company wide now. This was brought up when I was asked to shuttle empty trailers for them. In order to properly service customers IC's are now expected to shuttle trailers when requested.

I refused (last time they wanted me to shuttle a trailer they expected me to go 40 miles out of route for $25 bucks. Yeah right). After I refused this time I looked at it was like a 2 mile round trip. However, they still don't pay us enough for the inconvienience. Funny enought I told them to send out company drivers to do that and an hour later a company guy showed up lol. Ended up I should have just done it anyway because the "preloaded" trailer turned into a 4 1/2 hour live load.

 

No way IC's are 1/3rd of all drivers...

2100 IC's means 6300 total Schneider drivers and only 4300 company drivers?!?!

Uh, no.....

More like 10k + company drivers...

Somebody filling your head full of funny stuff... Just wanted you to do something for them.... Typical...
