i dunno what all the fuss is about. I was with TMC for 5 months right out of the gate fresh off the chopping block from my cdl course. The lowest I ever brought home was when i was with my trainer 325 a week. I am trying to come back to them as a rehire. I guess i averaged 600+ in the 5 months i was with them. I only left them because my wife was having a bad pregnanacy. The baby was born good health and now i am ready to come back. You will work hard, you will get mad and frustraded. A Fm will make you or break you. They have an open door policy that means you can fire your FM and get a new one if it gets that bad.

I don't have any desire to goto Canada either but, whatever...
At SNI, we can turn down two loads a year before we get let go, I have only turned down one, and that was the only one I ever got that was going to Cananda.
Seems to me that TMC would not force you to go, and if you don't have your proper paperwork, you cant go. I read on here somewhere where a driver did not get his TWIC and he didn't get fired....
I will get all but was just throwing that out there..

I have been with TMC for 3 years. The only TMC drivers I have spoken with making 70k a year have been trainers, thus taking advantage of 2 logbooks. 50k gross is not too hard to make if you're a steady runner.
