questions about tmc

What states have you been to since being with your trainer?

 

How many weeks have you been out with the trainer...loving it?

 

This is my 3rd week with my trainer we have been to PA,TN,VA,MD,SC,NC,OH,MI and WV

Hey NCCU, I'm sooooo jealous of you right now. I'm working on my pre hire letter with TMC now. Will you answer some questions for me please?
1- what can a 1st year driver REALLY make with TMC?
2- what are you doing for food? Do you have to buy all your meals, or does your trainer let you use his fridge, microwave, coffee pot, whatever?
3-Are you able to take regular showers with out having to pay for them? Or, how much does it cost to take showers?
4-is TMC as GREAT as they look on their web site?

1 This is my first full year with TMC and I am on per diem. I can say that 50K+ on per diem is fairly easy to do.

2 When I was with my trainer I would bring snack food and stuff for the fridge. It all depends on the trainer.

3 Showering is regular and when you fuel you get a free shower.

4 I really enjoy TMC and think it is a great company. Yes the trucks are slow but other then that I really have no complaints.

im doing good but i havent decided yet if im going with TMC. Im going down to DMV next tuesday to take my test. Just have to finish up my finals for Truck School...I already completed 160 hours with them.

 

Hey guys. Sorry I havent been on to update lately. Weve been runnin hard since thanksgiving, Been everywhere from Seattle in an ice storm to Florida, all the east cost, canada twice and most the midwest, With no home time and runnin full team we put over $8000 to the truck 2 weeks in a row. My trainers going to have a nice Christmas! Im done friday, go in for my road test and truck, Still lovin it and ready to get out there and do it!

 

thats alot of trucking man...so you still getting the $350 a week for training?

I know you cant wait to get your very own truck...much luck to you!
