Hey, got couple of consernts and i want to know what best in my case, I worker for schneider for the last past 8th months and i been wanting to switch companies. I being wanting to move to a greater challenge like flat bedding.I have look into melton and TMC as some of my primary options. Even thougth I have a great relationship with schneider ,I feel like is time to move on to something better and more challenging. Now Should i stay till i hit one year with schneider or should i put an appliacation for either company mention above, now would moving to a diffrent company look bad in my record with such a little time as a experience drive.
