You have two options: Continue at TMC or leave and go somewhere else. You could complain and show them this thread but then again its your word versus his word. Did you have other offers of employment or was TMC your only choice???

Yeah sorry I think it might be time for you to do a little growing up not every one is going to like are respect you and you are not going to like everyone its just life I am guessing you must have never played dodge ball and jumped rope with no rope and played sports where no score was keep and everyone is a winner well guess what it dont work that way but seriously if you take everything personal you wont keep a job and be likely to have a stroke or heart attack before your 40

If you believe you have been harassed then you need to contact the HR department at TMC. I can't imagine you laying it all out on here is helping your situation...especially given the intimate details you have describe to everyone that is linked directly to your name.

This is a touchy situation. I would have to be there to offer advice. As you know orientation is like a interview. If you feel this is not the company for you, then leave. There are other flatbed companies out there.

There's a third option: Quit being a Nancy boy and toughen up.

This isn't a disability like a guy who's missing a leg. It's a syndrome, he needs to learn to deal with it.
