    Correct, The dismount is from the rear of the trailer maintaining 3pts of contact. I still think the tarp in the fitness area is a steel tarp, I did not see a red one, just black with red center. The tarp we lifted this morning was all red when rolled up. I was most concerned about the lift. Good news, I'm still here. :D

    Did you have any females in the class? 60 inches to the deck, I am pretty strong for a woman, but I don't know if I could spring up there anymore.

    honestly it isnt as bad as it sounds, no one in my class had trouble getting up there. Some of the guys were pretty over weight, a few of them were getting on in years as well. Funny enough the thing that people seemed to have the most trouble with was standing on one foot for 25 seconds or so. If you can lift the tarp you can get your self on to that deck no problem. No females in my class either but the some of the instructors said that a few had gone through in the weeks before we did.
