Crushed bugs on the truck is a big one. Thats why at the end of each day I scrape them off the windshield and bumper, throw them in a pan with some eggs, a little Tobasco, just frickin yummy!
Jokingypsy and Chewey Thank this. -
Being late picking up loads or delivering loads, some of this may be due to loads not being scheduled right, but if the driver is wasting time and not running then it is their fault. These are called service failures and if it is your fault then some companies charge late fees.

In a nut shell, not doing your job, will get you fired. You roll a truck, your gone. You pull out in front of someone, your gone. Excessive speed, your gone, dropping a load due to inadequate securement, your gone. Constantly late to pickups and drop offs, your gone. TMC has very little leeway on the rules. And the rules are nothing more then the same that others have. In the end, do your job, dont lie to them and youll have a job.

I have heard TMC will fire the drivers for walking on the grass.Bet they've fired a lot.Guess they don't need the drivers that much.

They are your typical if you have a warm body and walk upright they will hire you. Companies like that are just as quick to fire you.
No different then any of the other bottom rung starter companies. -
Have you looked at System Transport or Melton Truck Lines or Halvor Lines?

bubbagumpshrimp and wolfcake Thank this.
