And all of you new recruits, remember to stay off the grass, and do not wear your hat indoors.

There is no finer food in the word for breakfast than the Bojangles Cajun Filet Biscuit. Or lunch. I have never had it for dinner, but I am sure it will be good.

This was not the case in S.C.

There was no grass in S.C. I think that was meant for Iowa...And most guys wore ball caps the whole time, just wear them straight not off to the side like a gangster or backwards, they frown down upon that.. Just show them respect and they will do the same. I think you will see its a really good company to start off with, I sure felt that way after I was done with Orientation, actually still feel the same now. Keep an open mind, suck up as much info as you can, beleive me they will give you plenty, try your best on all the tests and you will do fine.

Shooters Bar and Grill in the shopping plaza behind the hotel.

The rooms do have cable tv.

For those that are going to orientation in Iowa you will be staying at the main terminal in the hotel and transported by TMC bus to the Training Center in Ankeny. Breakfast in the hotel is somewhat continental with the addition of Biscuits/Gravy, Sausage Patty's, Hardboiled eggs, and waffles. As far as lunch is concerned, you will be eating a hot lunch at the training center that is prepared there. I have not had the oppurtunity to eat there but from what I hear they had 2 older ladies that prepare lunch and heard it was good. As stated above, dinner is on your own and the Chrome cafe is open until 1900 monday thru friday. Saturday/Sunday you are on your own but can have pizza/chinese delivered to the hotel. Hope this helps and good luck to everyone.

I will be following this thread...I considered TMC but went with a local carrier instead. From what I see, TMC looks like a para-military outfit. That is not a bad thing. Just interesting.
