let me know if you find a respectable carrier with a T660, one of those with a Cummins and a studio sleeper is basically my dream truck. in red!

bright side... I don't want one of those heavy things. my short nose was the perfect truck when it went 65.

With all the recent changes and everything that has happend in the last 3 months, i am beging to take a second look at my decison. So what I am asking is if yall think I should stick with my decison to work for tmc or look else where?

Even with all the changes it still a good place to get your start, you could do much worse.

The EZ pass excuse they give is pure bullsh/t. I picked up a truck paper today and there's a Pete dealer in Ohio sellling 07 TMC pete's, yet I have a trainee who was just issued a KW with over 500,00 miles. I think they are broke, why would they do that. I love how they claim we have the best trucks in the country, got my truck serviced the other day in Gaston and I have four well worn drives instead of replacing them they took them off the rim and spun them around, I asked about it and the shop told me they had to get every inch of rubber of these tires. I would like to congrat Harold though he now owns the the SWIFT of flatbedding, we are the laughing stock of trucking, we might as well work for werner, swift, schneider, maverick. It's just a shame what we have come to
I don't see a difference between TMC and Swift or Werner, all 3 of these companies do flatbed and hire students, the only difference is that swift and werner is a better deal because if flatbed slows down, you can pull a van.

Three months ago I would have told you TMC was the best company to start with hands down. I think now I would look at other companies. If your main thing is hometime TMC is still the way to go. but if thats not the top of your priorities look somewhere else. They have and keep making changes that rank them right there with swift, werner, maverick and all the other shitball companies that hire students. unofrtunately until you get some experience this is what you have for options. Best of luck to you.

That's what I am saying TMC will promise 46 out of 52 weekends, I get home most weekends but sometimes I have to fight like hell to do it, TMC use to be the best for new students but now I would say they are the Swift or Werner of flatbedding, just another scumbag outfit trying to get every ounce of blood from there drivers and paying them #### to do it. I'm just waiting for my drug test to come back at another company and I'm out of here

Yea I here what you are all saying and thank you for responding to my post. One of the big reasons I want to go with TMC is they offer a program that gets me extra cash from the G.I. Bill and as far as I know swift doesn't offer that program.

Mossyoakman,
If that GI bill will help you, then go for it...

But if it only helps tmc, na save yourself the trouble ....

tmc will most likely not, be your favorite after the honeymoon is over....

after working with them over 6 yrs, they had my back like an enemy... only good to me when I didn't have my back turned....
