New to trucking!!

I had to leave my old job because of health I worked in a paint plant for 17 years and I got astma over the years but if it does not work out I still have my cdl I will always keep it you never know whats around the corner

Ps I went for my whiz quiz today for a local redemption/recycling job today. I should start on monday after they get the results back(48 - 72 hrs)

 

How is the pay for O/O at TA?

 

Thanks for the info posted on TA.I start out with them in the next three weeks.Theyseem like a very nice company.I would like to know how long it took to get with your road trainer for the 4 weeks.

 

They will assign you a trainer on the Friday of the 6 day orientation/training in Scottsburg, IN. If you do have to wait for a trainer, it will be a week at the most and they will pay you $350 while you are waiting. TA is a great starter company. I have enjoyed it so far.

i start orientation there on the 22 of this month and i was just trying so see how you are liking transport america i am kinda exited to get in to a truck again

 

Thank you for the information that you posted. I will be going through the same thing there in Scottsburg, IN on February 23, 2009. I take it, As long as you pay attention, everyone should pass orientation. Thank you again.
