We prefer that if you are supplying information about a company, that you be as specific as possible. Merely saying that a company is bad, without supplying many details doesn't really give anyone enough information to know what the problems with the company are. We do tend to allow that more in the good companies section, but greatly prefer that you elaborate when pointing out flaws in a company. It makes it easier for others to see what problems you had, and it also stimulates conversation, which is one of the main points of having a forum.
